| Mini Staves are packaged in 15lb mesh bags with the equivalent surface area of two 225 liter barrels. They are intended for the winery that desires premium barrel flavors in stainless steel tanks. There is no special system required for use, the mesh bag can simply be placed in a tank and allowed to free float or be tied down. Mini Staves are best used for post fermentation wines in tanks. | |||
